General Questions

Can you tell me how many products are left, and why is the price in red

We would love to! If we actually knew...
We have a set inventory every day at midnight but we cannot tell you how many are left because Pete in the warehouse is extremely sensitive and paranoid that he is being probed by the government. Therefore, he only tells us when we are sold out then he ships your product and goes home to his 7 cats. However, if you see the price change from green to red, Pete is telling us there is less than 25% left! (Kudos to Maren E. for the grammar check.)


What if my mom is making me return or exchange the product?

We have modified our return policy, please read below:

Pete, our warehouse guy, checks all of our products and if he shipped them, it means that the product is in working condition. Our products come with a manufactures warranty. In the product description you'll see more details.

If the product arrived broken or damaged we will gladly take it back for a refund or an exchange within 10 days of purchase. In some cases, we will also pay for the return shipping.

To return or exchange a product simply send an email to RMA@dailycheckout.com with your order number in the subject or body of the email. You should receive a reply from us within 12-36 hours with the rest of the instructions!

Once an RMA is issued and the product has been returned to us, please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to process and the funds to post on your account.

Let’s assume first that we in fact, do exist and we are real people. Let’s assume that we live in a rural area with the communication ability’s to support a telephone.

If completely necessary we’ll send our “customer service” rep’s to your home and “talk” to you. Keep in mind, we only hire former Mossad, KGB, and CIA…they don’t ask for health benefits


Can I buy in bulk? Do you have a wholesale department?
We sure do!

What are side deals? How often do they change?
Side deals are items that we dont have enough stock to sell it as a main deal.  They change whenever the hell we feel like it. So order quick before they sell out!

What's the deal with only one item?
This is one of those questions where the answer lies in the question. If you're scratching your head, I'll give ya a hint, because it's a deal.

When will a new product be sold?
We have new sale at midnight, 12am, eastern standard time.
It's actually a really cool formula. You take the current time; let's say your reading this at 4:30pm (why are you not working?) Take that number and convert it into military time, 16:30. Take the total amount of hours in the day and subtract it from that number, 24-16:30. Take that number and now you have the EXACT time until the next sale, 8 hours and 30 minutes. If the product is sold out then it's over, I sincerely apologize, no not really.

How do I start checking out with DailyCheckout?

I'm glad you asked! Head on over to the main page and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your email address, name, and create a password. After that just click "Ready" to be Checked Out.

Please be aware, DailyCheckout.com, Inc. has the right to cancel and fully refund any order if there is an issue with the customer or the product.



Can I use a credit card, check?
DailyCheckout does not accept cash, as of now only credit card, Paypal, and e-check.
Our system is fully encrypted and your credit card information is not saved on our servers, in fact we dont even have your credit card info. All processing is done through Authorize.NET and Paypal to insure the best security.

What are my shipping options, and how can I track my product?

When you’re in the checkout stage you will have Standard shipping and sometimes Express. We ship to all 50 of the United States of America including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO Boxes. 

After you checkout you should see in your account page tat your order status is charged, or 'paypal pending' if you paid with Paypal. Once you see the status changed to 'exported' that means your product processing and preparing for to be shipped. When you see 'shipped' it means UPS, FedEx, or USPS has picked it up and a tracking number should display. If it dosen't, send an email to info@dailycheckout.com and we will have one to you as soon as possible. 

I'll be totally honest, your order can be shipped the same day, in 3 days but sometimes not for 3 weeks. Please understand that we get the best deals from all over the world and sometimes it takes a little longer to get to us.

Go to your account and click on your order. If the order is shipped then a tracking number will be there. If it's not there, send an email to info@dailycheckout.com and we will get it to you.

If you did not receive the product and UPS or USPS state that they delivered the package, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours so we can open a claim for you.



Why isn't my state/country/province listed; do you ship internationally?
I'm kinda tired of writing, so the answer is no, sorry.

DailyCheckout.com, Inc. started in a small warehouse in New York City over 2 years ago. Since then we have expanded our operations to our new campus in Somerset, New Jersey and almost tripled in team members.
