Hey everyone,
Yesterday we were reviewed by toptenreviews.com and we got a pretty good 'B' rating. You can read the review here. The author, brought up a few flaws which we have already started looking into, lets go over them.
Shipping times- we noticed that our customers want faster shipping times, or a more clear picture of when the product will be shipped. We added on the main page "Ships In" to give you a clearer idea before ordering when your product will be shipped out, we also dedicated more warehouse employees due to the increase in sales.
The Blog- I'm writing in it now. :-)
Return Policy- Our return policy was a little confusing to some customers so we decided to rewrite it:
If the product arrived broken or damaged we will gladly take it back for a refund or an exchange within 10 days of purchase. We will also pay for the return shipping.
In order to return a product please contact our customer service at 718-530-0686 or email info@dailycheckout.com so we can setup an RMA number for you.
That basically sums up what he wrote, and we encourage you to comment to let us know what you think.

Sells broken refurbished items and doesn't reply to email nor phone calls! Worst customer service and don't recommend doing business with Daily Checkout!

I've been trying to contact this company for a bit now. No response to emails. I received part of my order, but not all of it....but of course, they took all of the money owed. I won't be placing another order with this company and I would suggest thinking twice about ordering from them as well.

bought 2 V-net netbooks. What a bunch of crap. One had a broken display screen the other was just a toy. Tried to get in touch with customer service and e-mailed several time to set up a return. No answer from either after multiple tries. Don't even think about ordering from this scammer site.

This website is nothing but a scam !! They don't respond to your mails, once you place an order with them, they don't reply at all...Checkout these links:-

to late, I already did. i ordered 4 of the emerson mp3 players and they are not what was described, and one of them they sent was a coby player that's used and it does not work when you turn it on, it just says pleas wait.

There is no way to contact this company. They do not reply to emails, or the website contact. The telephone number has a canned reply saying they are closed for Easter and hangs up. They appear to be pure crap.

you are correct. no way to contact them you either get a voice message "we are out of the office" or no response to e-mail. What a scam.
